No contractual obligation by either party exists until a contract is negotiated, formally documented, and signed by authorized representatives of Qualcomm and you. All effort by RFI respondents is at their own risk and at their own expense.

Any information or material which you send to Qualcomm via this RFI form will be non-confidential, and you thereby grant to Qualcomm and its affiliates an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute such information or material. You also agree that Qualcomm and its affiliates will be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques which you send to Qualcomm via this RFI form. Qualcomm will not release your name outside of Qualcomm or otherwise publicize the fact that you submitted materials or other information unless Qualcomm obtains your permission or is required to do so by law.
