Elite BREW Developer

Elite level membership in the BREW® Developer Alliance Program provides developers who are making a substantial investment in developing BREW applications with access to expanded versions of all benefits offered at the BREW Developer and Select BREW® Developer levels. BREW Developer Alliance Program members may apply to upgrade to the Elite BREW® Developer level on the BREW Developer Extranet. Developers requesting an upgrade must have at least one BREW application commercially available with a BREW operator. Developers will need to submit company product roadmap and financial information for consideration.

Fees: Elite BREW members are required to pay a US$15,000 annual fee.

• Developer Relations feedback on app concepts or demo files.

• 15% Discounted Developer Lab Access: ($)
• Priority Email Technical Support and ability to purchase Incident Packs for 24 hour expedited support.
• Phone Technical Support: maintain direct contact with Qualcomm engineers through a dedicated technical support hotline.

• Self-Testing Program (must qualify for benefit)
• Co-op Marketing Support: qualifying Elite members receive matching funds from Qualcomm when sponsoring a marketing initiative adhering to established program guidelines. (Please see program details under Marketing Support on the Developer Extranet.)
• Elite Posting in Online BREW Developer Directory: qualified Elite members are listed by company name, logo, brief company description and link.
• Facilitated Operator Introductions: Qualcomm may assist Elite BREW Developers in promoting their applications to operators by facilitating access. Operators requesting specific applications may also be referred by Qualcomm to selected Elite BREW Developers.
