Application Management

Qualcomm operator partners have access to all applications that have earned the TRUE BREW® Tested designation.

In place within the operators' infrastructures, the Qualcomm application download and billing systems let:

• Consumers download and pay for applications
• Developers track the adoption of applications
• Revenues be distributed to developers

Before any BREW® application can be made available for purchase, the developer must have an established business relationship with Qualcomm. Authenticated BREW developers are provided with the tools and interfaces to price applications with operator services.

The following information is provided to assist in the application management process:

• Operator Guidelines Application requirements and guidelines can differ from operator to operator. You are encouraged to check with individual operators regarding their guidelines for wireless applications.
• Pricing Terms This document sets forth the pricing and payment terms applicable to BREW applications, unless otherwise agreed between Qualcomm and developer in a writing that expressly supercedes these terms.
• Developer Payment Terms This document describes how developer payments may be affected by taxes, foreign currency gains and losses and outstanding fees.
• Additional BREW Testing documentation
